The parkrun adventurers are riding the rollercoaster of life this week with late night hospital visits and loose horses. We check out another ‘fast’ event, taking a trip to Kirra parkrun with Event Director Emma Nicholson. Plus we run for a long time and scale awesome heights with 2017 Coast to Kosci first finisher, and parkrun adventurer Kevin Muller.
