The Chanel 5 News Crew were out and about over the break with PK at Lochiel and Alison at Warwick Racecourse parkruns on Christmas Eve, and TOC popped in ‘on the run’ at Torrens parkrun on New Years Day. There’s a new segment to enjoy. Surprise! Dazza’s returns with an added bonus, and the time capsule has been refilled and stuffed back into the cupboard.

This week it’s all about common themes! Mel time travelled to Peppertree parkrun for a parklimp and Olly put a Q in his pocket at Queens Domain parkrun before summiting Kunanyi in Point to Pinnacle for Carrie’s Beanies 4 Brain Cancer.
It was Ladies Day in the Channel 5 News Crew with Tracey in a rainbow tutu at Albert Melbourne parkrun and Lyndell the Legendary at Mudjimba Beach parkrun.
Meanwhile the Obi envelope turns up somewhere unexpected.
