This week Mel chats with Mick Duyvestyn, half of the crew behind the Bubble Bird relay that’s helping a certain yellow friend fly the coup in lockdown thanks to a creative flock of Melbournians.

Mel catches up with Caitlin Adams of Team Tempo after her new parkrun global women’s record at Lochiel parkrun. Olly chats with author David Crook about his inspiration and experience behind the new book “On every Saturday”, which celebrates 10 years of parkrun in Australia.
