In this week’s packed episode the parkrun adventurers share in a whole lot of parkrun excitement across opposite sides of the globe.

Author and parkrunner, Eileen Jones joins Mel to discuss the 330-mile Bookrun relay across the UK celebrating the launch of her new book “How parkrun changed our lives” while former Main Beach parkrun ED Paul Relf shares some of his Main Beach experiences with Olly ahead of this weekend’s 10^th anniversary!

We hear from the Channel 5 Team with roving reports from Cam at Rockingham parkrun, TOC at Peppertree parkrun, Alison at Tauranga parkrun and Mark at Lalor parkrun, plus have a debut roving report from our first Channel 2 News Crew member, James!

And of course, we enjoy a relaxed post-parkrun cuppa at Dazza’s and hear what The Informant really thinks...

Olly was out adventuring at Greenway parkrun with parkdogs a plenty.

And while her dogs are letting themselves be heard, Mel reports on all the local sights she missed seeing at Ted Scobie Oval.

How do YOU bring extra fun to parkrun? Mel likes to take solo drives (to Meningie parkrun) and Olly enjoys volunteering. Listen in this week as 'Controversial' Cam surveys the parkrunners at Canning River, WA.
