Episode 433 - Ready, Set, Streak...

In a busy week, Toc & Mel try get their heads around parkrun launch policy as the marathon factor comes to Sydney. Our roving reporters have been busy as Alison checks in at Halswell Quarry, Dave has a visitor at Averley and Ali bring the news from Wimpole parkrun. Dazza flies in, then stops to count the numbers, Reginald goes O/S and six countries have launches. It’s a marathon episode.

Episode 432 - Amazing Grace

Join Simon and Sarah for lots of positive parkrun news. There’s discussions about Singapore’s events, brutal punishment, and Simon even accepts a challenge! There are roving reports by Yvette at Central Burnaby, Callum at Coronation Park and Tracey at Workman’s Beach parkrun. Episode 431 - Start Spreading the News

Cooo-eee Adventurers! Roles were reversed this week with TOC heading west to the South and Mel in the West and then staying west. The office is looking cleaner, the Big Apple is ripe for the picking but a cancellation closer to home brings discussion. There are roving reports from Downsview in Canada, Billericay in the UK plus a magical report and celebration from Trentham Gardens. Reginald champions Ireland and with that, the office door is locked up as the Victorians head North.
