Ultra runner and humanitarian Pat Farmer shares his inspirational ‘Spirit of India’ adventure. And Roving Reporter Peter Pohlman interviews Garry Wells of five30runners at Warwick parkrun.

Episode 14 - Brendan Murray

The parkrun adventurers are breaking all the rules in the pursuit of adventures this week, and Tim Oberg shares his experiences of parkrun in South Africa. We celebrate five years of parkrun in Australia, heading back to where it all began with Main Beach parkrun original Brendan Murray. And roving adventurers Donella, Gerry, Gary and Darren check in with updates from Lismore, Lillydale Lake and Hervey Bay parkruns.

The parkrun adventurers head to the launch of Rockhampton parkrun, catching up with locals and adventurers alike. And we find out what it takes to run non-stop for two days with parkrun fan and ultra-runner Trevor Allen, fresh from his podium finish at the Aura National 48 Hour Championship in Canberra.

Episode 11 - Freedom

The parkrun adventurers are in the same studio for the first time and we celebrate by taking the podcast out for a Freedom Run! Responding to our call for adventurers, our first squad of intrepid challengers report to base with the results of a Top Secret mission.
